Established by Eric Mancini, with his mother, Anna Mancini, at the helm, the Mancinis brought the love of food and traditions of Naples to Australian shores. The Italian restaurant invites people from all over Sydney to experience its menu which is firmly rooted in the Italian tradition of seasonal eating and premium produce.
Over the last 25 years, the restaurant has evolved and grown. It now serves dozens of customers daily and offers function packages that feed up to 200 people. The establishment, which operates seven days a week, offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, drinks, desserts, takeaway and catering – allowing locals to taste wholesome, authentic Italian food every day.

However, as they expanded, so did the demands of the warewasher. Mancinis contacted Winterhalter about a compact machine that can keep up with the wash load. The modular system ensures that it can be configured to fit the limited space within Mancini's. However, the efficient design caters for the high dishwashing demand, allowing the restaurant to wash up to 150 racks per hour – Thousands of dirty wares are recirculated within no time.
