GLASS RACKS

DISH RACKS

This is a requirement for perfect wash results. Depending on the application, you have a choice between plastic racks and plastic coated wire racks that allow the water to passthrough easily.

Plate racks: the rows and fingers help to position the plates at the optimal angle. For an efficient washing process.
Cup racks: the angled position of the cups optimises draining. And ensures perfect drying.
Bistro combi-racks: compartment dividers and row spacers of different sizes make it possible to wash mixed items.

CUTLERY RACKS

Knives. Forks. Spoons. There’s a special Winterhalter cutlery rack for each of these. Two types of plastic coated wire racks are available. Our recommendation: wash racks with special cutlery holders that allow the cutlery to be washed in an upright position – for optimal drying. Or cutlery racks with a large, fine mesh base. The cutlery is washed lying down and can be spread over the surface as required.

UTENSIL RACKS

Pots and bowls. Kitchenware. Utensils. The utensil racks from Winterhalter have been specially developed for bulky wash items. They are extremely strong and, thanks to their open design, allowing maximum water permeability.

Utensil racks: strong stainless steel wash racks. Specially developed for use in Winterhalter utensil washers. Sliders make it easy to slide racks with heavy items in and out of the machine.
Sheet and tray racks: metal hoops and fingers ensure secure positioning of the wash items. The angled position optimises drying. Also suitable for GN containers.
Basic and small item racks: washing racks with no fixed row or compartment dividers. This means that the racks can be loaded flexibly with a wide range of wash items.

BOTTLE RACKS

Hygienic washing of bottles and carafes. 8 items in less than a minute. The special bottle rack for UC-Series undercounter warewashers makes this possible. The water is sprayed directly into the bottles by a special jet. This provides certified hygiene safety in accordance with DIN SPEC 10534.

PLASTIC CUP RACKS

Reusable plastic cups, washed clean. In less than two minutes. Different sizes, including lids. No problem with the special cup racks by Winterhalter: When pushed in, the cups are automatically held in place by a bracket and the rack is locked. This prevents them from tipping over and filling up with water, even under high water pressure. In addition to the cup racks, there are special inserts for existing glass and bistro racks as well as an insert for lids.
