a passionate Finance Controller & Business Partner (m/v/x) in Londerzeel, Belgium.

Finance Controller & Business Partner

Responsibilities

As a Finance Controller & Business Partner, you will contribute to the financial management and forward-looking decision-making of our organization.
You will be part of the shared services team and report directly to the Managing Director.

Additionally, you will work closely with the HR Business Partner, the Service Director, the Logistics Manager, and the Finance Team of the Winterhalter Group.
You will combine operational accounting with strategic insights to elevate our organization to the next level.

  • Financial reporting & analysis: Preparing monthly reports, monitoring accounts receivable overdue, and supporting price and margin analyses.
  • General ledger management & compliance: Managing fixed assets, performing reconciliations, and coordinating audits and statutory filings (VAT, Intrastat).
  • Operational accounting: Processing invoices, managing payments, and handling monthly provisions.
  • Stock management & procurement: Financially managing inventory, coordinating stock takes, and negotiating purchase contracts.
  • Collaboration & support: Contributing to strategic decisions and supporting departments such as logistics and service.

Requirements and skills

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a similar field.
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
  • You are independent and have strong analytical skills.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in financial accounting and controlling.
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented.
  • You are IT-minded and have a hands-on attitude.
