The annual Service Award from the Austrian Customer Service Association (KVA) is considered to be one of the highest awards when it comes to customer satisfaction. The Austrian Winterhalter subsidiary has now been named as the winner of the KVA Service Award for the second time.

On behalf of a renowned German publication ‘Allgemeine Hotel- und Gastronomie-Zeitung’ (AHGZ) between August and October 2017 over 800 German hoteliers and restaurateurs were asked which companies offer the best products and services.
