WINTERHALTER UC SERIES TOUCH DISPLAY AWARDED THE iF DESIGN AWARD 2019
The new touch display for the Winterhalter undercounter warewasher, has been honoured by an international jury for its excellent design. The user interface of the touch display was awarded the iF DESIGN AWARD 2019 in the Communication Apps/Software category.

The iF Design Award has been regarded as the pinnacle of outstanding international design since 1953. Submissions from around the world are judged by an independent, international panel of experts. The panel is made up of around 60 experts from the fields of design, economics and architecture from more than 20 countries. Award winners are selected based on a clearly structured process according to established criteria.
In the Communication Apps/Software category, the intuitive user experience, clear design and excellent aesthetics made Winterhalter user interface stand out. Ralph Winterhalter: “The smartphone gesture controls also make operating the machine easier. The user interface is so sensitive that it is easy to operate even when wearing gloves. We have aligned everything precisely to our customers’ needs and wishes. Winning the iF DESIGN AWARD 2019 is a brilliant, additional endorsement.”
