Winterhalter expands Connected Wash with monthly analysis of operational data

Winterhalter has introduced new features into its Connected Wash platform, the most notable being the Washing Performance Reports, a monthly analysis of the machine’s operation and performance.

Connected Wash monitors each warewasher constantly, using wi-fi and the internet to alert managers and service engineers of any issues.  Users can also monitor the machine remotely, via the dashboard on the Connected Wash app. 

The new function means that, when a machine is registered, Connected Wash automatically sets up the monthly report, which is delivered by email.  The feature is available for all glasswashers, dishwashers and utensil washers in Winterhalter’s PT, UC and UF Series.  For users that already have a Connected Wash machine, the service can be set up via the actions menu, by clicking on ‘add notification.’ 

The automated Washing Performance Report also give details of peak day, peak hour and peak month operating data. 

A nice touch is another new feature that celebrates the dishwasher’s birthday (the anniversary of the commissioning date) by sending the customer an email.  This invites them to visit the Connected Wash app to view their machine’s ‘birthday surprise’ – a pop up window with additional information and analysis of the machine’s performance.
