CLEANING UP AT SCOTHOT: WINTERHALTER ON DISHWASHING, GLASSWASHING AND UTENSIL WASHING

Expert advice on all aspects of warewashing – and how to cut running costs

Stand 418, ScotHot 2025, SEC Centre Glasgow, 26-27 February

Winterhalter will show the latest versions of the company’s UC undercounter machines and PT passthrough hood models at ScotHot, and visitors can also check out the new large volume conveyor systems, the MT Series, via the MT Scout.  This is a high-tech configurator that allows visitors to design their own MT system, in a matter of minutes – with a bit of help from one of the on-stand team.

The company’s experts will be on hand to discuss all aspects of glasswashing, dishwashing and utensil washing, with a focus on how to cut running costs.  Winterhalter will be offering advice on cost-in-use and machine lifetime costs, including guidance on how to slash the cost of warewashing.  It’s not just about getting the right equipment, it’s also about training staff in best practices.   For example, Winterhalter’s data shows that 11% of glasswashers and dishwashers are switched on too early – on average, 173 minutes before the first wash, which is a huge waste of energy.
